Why Is my System showing Disconnected?

A disconnected state on a system indicates that the Runtime is able to connect to the platform, but the platform cannot connect back to the Runtime.  

• Verify that the hostname and port for the System on the platform are correct.
• Verify that the firewall or network security groups are configured to allow traffic through on the configured port.
