File Transfer Credential

File Transfer Credential is a type of credentials that defines a set of credentials that are usable by the File Transfer components.  There are two implementations of the File Transfer Credential interface: Username/Password Credential and PKI Credential.  Either of these credentials can be used with with components that require File Transfer credentials.
