Tags

The Tags view provides a list of all blueprint tags known to the Tenant.  Selecting a tag will display a list of every blueprint with that tag.  Clicking a blueprint in the list will take you to that blueprint.

Edit Tags

Clicking the editing icon (pencil) next to a tag in the tag list will allow you to edit the tag name.  Doing this will change the tag name across your entire tenant.  This is a quick way to correct a misspelling or error in a tag name.

Deleting Tags

Clicking the delete icon (trash can) next to a tag will remove it from the system.  You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.  Once deleted, the tag will be removed from every blueprint that was using it.  This cannot be undone.

Merging Tags

Clicking the Merge Tags button allows you to merge one tag into another.  In the Merge Tags dialog, select the tag the you wish to merge on the left hand side, and the tag you wish to merge into on the right hand side.  Once selected, click the Merge Tags button to execute the merge.  The tag on the left will be removed from the system, and all uses of it will be replaced by the right hand tag.
